Chris Dias

Community Manager

Bio

Chris Dias is the Community Manager for The Well House. He is responsible for overseeing both the front-of-house leasing and customer service team as well as the Facilities and housekeeping team.

Chris has over 15 years of experience working in the property industry and brings with him a wealth of knowledge for managing residential developments built for rent. In his spare time, Chris enjoys cooking, playing tennis and going to the theatre and he is also a keen traveller with some of his favourite destinations being Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.

Matthew Ford

Assistant Community Manager

Bio

Matthew Ford is the Assistant Community Manager at The Well House, assisting Chris with the management of the community.

Matthew is originally from Torquay in sunny Devon. Having travelled throughout Europe has a over 10 years’ experience within both Hospitality and Customer Services. “Matty” has been working and living in London for 8 years (3 of which with Greystar) in a range of roles within the private property sector, both PBSA and now BTR. Joining The Well House community in the fall of 2022 to be the focal point for both team members and residents alike. Hobbies include long dog walkies with Minnie the cocker spaniel, live music, and travel.

Jezza Loyola

Leasing Manager

Bio

Jezza Loyola will give you a warm welcome to The Well House. She is the Leasing Associate ready to help you find your new home. Previously working for five-star hotels in London and abroad, she brings in a over a decade of experience in customer service. She will make sure that you have a seamless rental journey from moving in to moving out.  She joined The Well House in 2021 and has been enjoying the experience of meeting different people from different backgrounds. Outside of work you will find her baking delicious cakes or travelling to local British destinations and abroad.
