The Well House comprises of two buildings featuring one, two and three bedroom rental apartments as well as penthouses on the 21st floor.
The position of Sutton’s original settlement, meant a water supply was readily available, which, having percolated through some hundreds of feet of chalk, was almost completely free from impurities. Back in 1861, the purity and ‘extraordinary virtues’ of Sutton water, at a time when many Londoners were drinking untreated water straight from the Thames, was perhaps the reason for the tradition of healthiness in the village. It’s this history that inspired the name ‘The Well House’ and today Sutton still offers a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
